The product i promoted was a spa headband. I believe it is most effective for people who don't like their hair getting in the way of their spa treatments or anything of that sort. The product targets audiences that are looking to treat themselves. It would be distributed on Pinterest or Youtube. To be more specific it would be shown in between youtube videos that are about Sanrio products or aesthetic girl vlogs. I also chose Pinterest because majority of gen-z are on their to look for aesthetic inspiration, so this video might inspire them. My production skills changed a lot during the course of filming and editing. I learned to not add in certain clips that will make viewers bored. For example, people get distracted easily since nowadays individuals have a short attention span. Having long clips of you doing a certain thing will make viewers lose interest , so it's better to make it short and sweet. The process of this commercial didn't take much long. Just my phone camera, a free edit app, and an instrumental i got from a Tiktok video. I just inserted the clips in a way I thought was correct, added the audio over it. Then boom my commercial was done.
