AICE Media Studies

 I finally finished my final task. After all those hardships I went through. I never thought I would finish. This has been a quiet crazy experience for me. I am glad I got through it and got through all the challenges that came my way. I truly want to thank my friends for helping me with this I could not have done it without them. 

So as you know last week I filmed, but it was with only 1 of the actors. The plan was to film this week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Of course nothing ever goes according to plan. Some family issues happened with one of the actors, so I believe they are not able to film this week. Keep in mind the due date is this Friday. Honestly, this is a bit stressful because this is so last minute. I will first see if the actor does find a ride and everything gets solve, but I doubt it. The most logical thing to do is to switch up the story where it only needs 2 actors I have so much work to do. Another problem is the weather according to the weather app it is going to rain all week. This is bad because the setting of my movie is in the park everything is going to be so wet. I know I should be freaking out it feels like the world is tumbling over me, but I just give up. I do not want to fail a class like this, so I will try my best to come up with a solution. I will ask my backup actor if they are av

 Finally I got to filming on Tuesday with my friend. I filmed after school at the park nearby. We only had 2 hours to do some stuff. Not too much was done due to not the whole cast being there. It took us a few minutes to arrive, but when we did we were shocked. We honestly thought the park was locked and maybe owned by a house, but that was not the case. We just had to open the gate door to access the park. When we got there it was all empty. We found a nice shade spot and I started to look for my drawings to get of a refresher of each scene. Then, we started filming a bit. I had to fall like 5 times on the floor to get the scene correctly done. Now I understand why stunt doubles are a thing because doing something like that many times is annoying and can hurt. Then we waited for this mother and her kids to leave the park so we can use the swings. When we got to the swings someone had flipped the swing over and we struggled taking it out.  Unfortunately, one of our actors could not make it to the recording. This caused no recording to happen. The problem that occured is that her grandma got diagnosed for cancer. This is very unfortunate. So, the actor had to be by their grandma's side in the hospital. She has to spend her last days with her before she is gone. So, now we are working on comforting our actor and preparing her for filming. Actually, today I will be filming after school. I will be going by the nearby park to film today. It will probably be only me and one actor. I brought some good snacks to eat with her. I am glad for once it is only me and her alone without our other friends. I like it better that way. Back then in 9th grade that is how it always was. I miss it a lot. I hope today it goes well and I get a lot of filming done.
