genre research: 47 meters down: uncaged

 Some elements this movie has that I want to include in my movie is the acting because I think the actors did pretty good. an element I like in the movie is the lighting I think it was perfect. Something I disliked is the set it was the same throughout the whole movie which can get boring.

The best way to explain is is a women who got severely bullied in high school is now dedicating her life to make her bullies miserable. short film research: The Facts in the Case of Mister Hallow (mystery)

I watched the short film The Facts in the Case of Mr Hallow to find inspiration on what my mystery film should be about.  This short film is a crossover of mystery and horror. The film contains a very mysterious and eerie sound. The vibes are scary and leave you questioning the film. It has a series of different picture where it zooms into key factors in some spots. The film is about a man receiving a package with no idea where it came from and throughout the film he finds clues that reveal different things. I like how this keeps the reader engaged throughout the short film. I am definitely going to use this in my film. By introducing new clues the viewer will get more curious about what will happen next. This will help build up the momentum of the short film and really embody the mysterious genre.  Hey, blog! I started off by creating my postcard. I had a bit of experience creating digital postcards from the past. I am a bit rusty now, so I hope I still have the creativity in me. I honestly had no idea what I wanted for my postcard. I just went with the flow, I knew it had to be something that would attract a targeted audience. As well as have a focus on what my short film is actually about. I want it to have a creepy teenage vibe to it, so it'll fit my short film very well. I have decided to use Canva as the platform I'll be using to create my postcard. I have used Canva in the past and it is pretty easy to navigate. Canva is a website that provides editing creativity for free. You can able to create logos, resumes, posters, and more.
