Outline to My Final Battle

Hey guys!! After all that research done beforehand, it is finally time... I am now going to start planning ahead for my short film! Time is moving really fast, so I HAVE to make sure everything goes according to plan.

Schedule:

Currently, I have about 2 months to complete my short film which seems like a lot of time but once you keep that mindset in your head you'll be filming last minute. That is something I want to prevent, so I came up with this schedule. For the rest of this week and next week, I want to take that time to reflect on my short film. i really want to make sure I have the scenes well thought out, so the movie will make more sense. I want to have my storyboard finished by 1/26 that is my goal! After that, I will discuss when the participants for my short film can meet up and begin filming.

Location

I am planning to have a few locations for my short film. It will consist of a room, a park, and a public place. I am thinking of filming in my house for the bedroom scenes or any other scenes that will be filmed in a house. I will also be filming at my local park for the other scenes. For the public place scenes, I am thinking of doing it at a bookstore just for extra scenes and such.

Participants:

I plan on having my two friends Camila and Sophia participate in my film. We have always helped each other in our filming projects. It is the most comfortable working with them, so I am sure there will be no problem during our filming process. :)

Health and Safety

For my short film, I believe there are no scenes that'll cause any physical or mental harm to my participants and me. If anything does happen I do have medications and first aid kids at my reach in my home if my participants need anything. I will also provide them with food and drinks if they are feeling hungry or dehydrated.

Props:

For props, the major thing I will be using is a phone. I believe it is perfect for certain scenes that will be filmed. You will see soon...

Costumes:

For outfits it will be kept very casual I like the feeling when films give you a sense that the actors are regular people like us. So, I want to incorporate that in my film which I believe goes well with the plot which will contain teenage characters.

Backup Plans

I have a feeling there might be a conflict with locations... So, if the worst comes I will have to ask Sophia if she is okay with us filming in her house. This will allow us to also film in her nearby park and such. Also, if there is a problem with my actors and I not being able to film together I have backup actors in case there is any problem.
