production blog - creating postcard

 Hey, blog! I started off by creating my postcard. I had a bit of experience creating digital postcards from the past. I am a bit rusty now, so I hope I still have the creativity in me. I honestly had no idea what I wanted for my postcard. I just went with the flow, I knew it had to be something that would attract a targeted audience. As well as have a focus on what my short film is actually about. I want it to have a creepy teenage vibe to it, so it'll fit my short film very well. I have decided to use Canva as the platform I'll be using to create my postcard. I have used Canva in the past and it is pretty easy to navigate. Canva is a website that provides editing creativity for free. You can able to create logos, resumes, posters, and more. The free tools were perfect for me since I do not have the budget to be paying any editing app subscriptions. Since I am not a good graphic designer I am having my friend help me. She is the most creative person I have come across. She has had experience designing posters for a big Twitter account. I am confident my postcard will come out decent. Hopefully decent enough to get me good points for my portfolio.

 Hello, I am back. To make some more progress on the film I will be creating soon very soon I wanted to do some research. This is to ensure that I have the right idea for this short film and don't end up making any silly mistakes. Since my genre will be a mystery I will make sure to research a bit on that topic.   CCR My short film showcased the way mentally ill liars can affect others in society. This sheds light on liars in society which it isn’t really much reflected on. The main character in the short film would not stop lying about her life experiences to her previous friend group. People like this in society are not seen as good people. You can never know whether they are lying or not. This caused a rather untrustworthy feeling towards her causing them to feel different about her. Which is understandable because being friends with someone who can never be honest with you is rather exhausting. It was to the point where they had to stop being friends with her. This can be related to real life problems where people in the media constantly lie about their lifestyle for attention, but then it is then revealed that they actually never lived that way.
