 Soooo now that I have to record a music video I have to decide who I work with. I still don't have any friends who take the same class, so obviously I don't know what I am going to do yet. I am thinking of recording on my own. I will probably be having my friends be in my music video to help me. Since me and my friends all like k-pop I really wanted to do a k-pop song. I don't want to do anything too complicated obviously since I do not have a budget I want to be smart on my decisions. For my concept I want to do women empowerment because women are the best. For the groups I was suggesting is Girls Generation, Little Mix ,  Æs pa, New Jeans, G-idle, Lesserafim and Itzy. I think doing "The Boys" by girls generation would be SOOOO iconic you do not understand, but that is the point not many people think like k-pop stans. The song is also in korean not much people like opening up to new things and adding translation captions will take away the focus of the music vid...

production blog - action

  after so many changes, hardships and time guess what? We finally started filming. We did many scenes the day went pretty well. My friend had invited me to this K-pop random dance play. I used this opportunity to ask her if we could film right after. The event was help in a park which was perfect for the music video setting.  We both wore christmas theme outfits due to the event’s dress code. I guess it kind of threw off the vibes of the music video, but we made it work. After we finished dancing to all the songs, we started to plan out the filming. We had a place in the park where we wanted to film. We went to go buy some ice cream in the park shop and went on to filming. I honestly did not think i would ever get this done. I was on an extreme time crunch. Luckily this event came in handy. production blog - the final cut

The moment has come I finally get to edit. First and foremost, I had to change everything of the setting because it was a rainy day. So, we had to improvise and it was getting very late. We got it done though. I just have to remix the song to fit 1 minute. As much as I would have loved to do the whole song, I only have limited time. I have a bit of a problem though because i feel like I didn't record enough clips. I was seriously on a time crunch. I will make it work though. I was thinking of editing 2 audios together to add a dance break. I scratched that Idea because knowing me I will never learn a dance in a few hours. For editing i pretty much cut the clips. I then put them in an order which I believe fit the song part the most. I'm honestly not so sure if i did enough to get a good grade. I did make sure to put the pan and tilt i think.
